Our parts are manufactured using Swiss precision machines which guarantee top quality.

• Turned parts with diameters from 0.2 mm to a maximum of 16 mm.
• Thanks to a high-frequency spindle, we are able to drill very small holes (with diameters of up to 0.02 mm) with speeds of up to 80,000 rpm.
• Thread whirling/thread chasing up to a thread size of S0.3. Smaller sizes available upon request.
• Diameter tolerances with highest precision in the µ range.

Apart from that, we offer in-house tool grinding and tool modifications. Thus, our tools always match the respective purpose of use.
